Ping fitters realize that if golfer stands 6′ 5″ tall, he shouldn’t be using the same equipment as a golfer that stands 5′ 9″ tall. The taller player would require a more upright lie. He is big and powerful so he would need a longer stiffer shaft. The shorter player requires a flatter lie, a regular length and probably a different flex in the shaft.
