Many people like to keep on changing their home appliances. It is like a dream of many people to have all the latest appliances which they can use and make their life easy and comfortable. Before shopping for kitchen appliances you should do some research on things like price and reliability are very important. Many people will go into the store without even thinking of how reliable an appliance is, and will buy it simple because it is on sale. How many times have you gone into the store and buy an appliance just to find out that the appliance started giving you headaches soon after you bought it.

On many occasions people buy an appliance and after some time the appliance suddenly stops working due to malfunction that arises in it. Then when you try to get it serviced you don’t get proper service and you feel as if you are cheated. This happens due to sometimes the company whose product you have purchased or more importantly from the place you have purchased from. I have a bad experience in this regards. Once I had purchased a washing machine which I bought it from a leading mall in my city. After three months of usage that machine stopped working and I had to ask for help from the customer care department of that mall. I did not get proper response from the customer care and I was told that in order to get that machine repaired I will have to take that machine to them. They told me that I did not had onsite warranty, so I will have to take the pain of taking it to them. This happened only because of lack of information that was not provided to me at the time of purchase. I had to spend huge amount of money to transport the machine from my place to them and back to me.
