Gingivitis can strongly react to irritants

At some stage in pregnancy, women can experience gingivitis in which it is their common concerns. It starts at the second or third month of pregnancy and progresses until the eight month. The condition is being manifested with red, tender, swollen and bleeding gums. In some instances, swollen gums that are caused by pregnancy gingivitis can strongly react to irritants and can form into large lumps and it is being called pregnancy tumors. Pregnancy tumors are neither cancerous nor painful, however if it persist it is necessary for a periodontist to remove it.
